Communicate clearly: 1) the science behind the climate crisis - how & why for the first time in the last year we've averaged 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels 2) the implications of going beyond this and what needs to be done to address it globally, nationally, locally and individually.

We believe that the science is clear and we only have to look outside or watch the news to see extreme weather like wild fires, floods & droughts happening regularly, causing death & loss of crops. We think that MPs and the media treat the climate crisis as a matter of opinion or side-line it, people often express confusion, anxious and resistant to change. We believe a shared understanding led by government is needed to protect, prepare and unite us so we face this unprecedented threat together.
