For Health and Safety we would like a capacity limit bringing in and this not to be left to the train operating companies’ judgment. We believe this could reduce the possibility of injury or fatality from a users experience at the moment in time.

We believe this will protect the British public as there is no limit on how many people are allowed to be on the train at any one time. We think the government should protect lives and work to make it safer for people traveling and working on the trains.
