I would like the government to require the motor insurance industry to change their policy procedures and not penalise innocent drivers who have been hit by other people's driving mistakes.

I want the Government to help with this because people are being made unemployed by the practice of insurance companies - they may not be able to get affordable insurance after being involved in an accident that wasn't their fault, and therefore may struggle to work. This could affect any driver.
