To carry out a full and comprehensive review of the Crown estate, royal duchies and the sovereign grant. This is in light of recent reports about the large rental income made from Duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall renting land to the NHS and the armed forces.

Parliament could pass legislation to alter the sovereign grant and put restrictions on the duchies, and we believe this should be considered.
