There are reports that food businesses sometimes ask people with allergies or intolerances to sign waivers. We think this is wrong and unfair. We think food business' should take responsibility for protecting their customers rather than allow themselves to blame the customer if something goes wrong.

We believe it is unethical to ask people who have allergies to sign waivers. It isn't their fault that they have an allergy.
