Require all delivery riders to have passed the DVSA practical driving test. We think this should include those on mopeds, cyclists, and e-scooters. We think those who haven’t done so present a danger on the roads to themselves and other road users.

We think only riders who have passed the DVSA Practical test should be permitted the privilege of working in this field. Road use must be earned.
