There are British nationals being arbitrarily detained without conviction in Indian jails for many years, with many concerns about their treatment. We believe the UK Government must secure the release of all British nationals that are arbitrarily detained & return them to the UK.

We call for the release & return to the UK of British nationals arbitrarily detained in Indian jails, especially where there are human rights concerns. We are concerned about targeting of Sikhs, both in India and reports of transnational repression in the diaspora.
