We want all public and private sector employers to provide mandatory training around neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD etc) to make it easier for neurodivergent people in the workplace.

The Health and Social Care Act 2022 made it a legal requirement for regulated health care providers to give their staff learning disability and autism training. The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training was developed for this purpose and it is recommended by the government and we think this would be the ideal template for standardised training across all workplaces.
