Set up a Statutory Body for mediation purposes for customers of the motor industry as a board that would act as a medium between parties. We think the panel of the board should be vetted and required to actively communicate with complainants throughout the process.

We think the National Conciliation Service has not accurately fulfilled this role and they provide an exceptionally bad service to the public. We think we need a reliable statutory body instead, who would protect the customers and would genuinely step into the disputes.
