Make vaping or smoking a criminal offence for people under 18. We think the punishment should be a fine, for example, a £90 fine, which is the same as buying a vape for an under 18.
Vapes often have nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. It is suggested that as children's brains are still developing, they are at more of a risk of developing an addiction. I think there should be greater punitive measures to prevent children accessing vapes and cigarettes.
