Currently both parents can be issued fines for a child being taken out of school. We believe it is unfair to get penalised twice for the same child being taken out of school.

To make it fair, and help ensure that single parents and other families are being treated fairly, we would like the Government to change the rules around fines, so that both parents cannot be charged.
