Milestones

We call on the Government to change building regulations whereby all new and renovated public buildings have twice as many women's toilets as men's toilets. We believe that women requiring more toilets has been overlooked in the male-dominated construction industry.

We believe this measure will prevent excessive queueing and inconveniences for women in public spaces, and that the current situation is a subtle example of everyday sexism that the UK could pioneer in resolving.
