I would like the government to introduce new rules to allow persons with a category B driving license to ride a 125cc Motorbike with no CBT requirement. Similar legislation has been in force in Germany since 2020, and I believe the UK should follow suit.

I believe this could help to ease emissions and congestion on the roads. I believe the criteria for this should be the following: Driver must be at least 25 years old Must have held their licence for at least 5 years They must complete 13.5 hours (nine x 90-minute sessions) of theory and riding practice After the training is completed, there would be no final test, and the driver is awarded an A1 licence.
