We want the government to make it against the law to smoke on hospital grounds, with fines for offenders.
We think patients across the country are being subjected to second hand smoke when going to medical appointments. We think this should not be a risk when attending a hospital appointment, especially on an “smoke-free site”. We think the Tobacco & Vapes Bill 2024 has missed this vital point.
