Milestones

Restrict the right to a postal vote to the armed forces, the disabled, hospital in-patients and those who can prove a pre booked holiday.

We think postal voting makes it extremely easy for heads of households and community leaders to collect and complete ballot papers meant for individuals. There is a history of this type of abuse of the electoral process.
