Decrease the excise duties on cigars and pipe tobacco to be in line with current minimum EU duties. Use of these products seems much lower than vaping and cigarettes and for that reason I think they should be taxed less, as I think they are unappealing to younger audiences.

Cigars can be double or triple the price in the UK compared to the EU, this can cause smokers to import these products.
