Decrease the excise duties on cigars and pipe tobacco to be in line with current minimum EU duties. Use of these products seems much lower than vaping and cigarettes and for that reason I think they should be taxed less, as I think they are unappealing to younger audiences.
Cigars can be double or triple the price in the UK compared to the EU, this can cause smokers to import these products. Cigars and pipes seem to be used much less by younger groups of people (40 and under) as I think they are seen as unappealing compared to flavoured vape liquids which have become very popular
