The UK has people from different backgrounds, and lots of different countries, and we think employees should be allowed to take their leave allowance whenever they deem fit. We think flights can be really expensive, so we think we should be allowed to take our allocated leave whenever we like.

We think this would help people to go back and visit family and friends and also make it affordable for long trips as we think it doesn't make sense to pay flight costs that can be high for a short trip.
