Milestones—
We think hospitals and public transport should be places of calm. We think private concerns which we all must use, such as supermarkets, should also be prohibited from playing loud music.
We feel it is well established that loud and aggressive music can cause psychological and hearing damage, incite aggression and generally irritate. We think it is a form of a pollution of the mind, just as smoking pollutes the lungs.
