Milestones

We believe introducing a jury in family courts could enhance fairness and public confidence in the judicial process.

We believe it could help ensure greater fairness, transparency, and public trust in decisions that profoundly impact families. In our view, it could help provide an impartial community perspective, help reduce potential bias, and help increase accountability in a system that some criticise for lacking openness.
