Allow Legal (taxed, mot, insurance, licence) Motorcycles to use Bridle paths. We think the law should state that horses will always have right of way and the engine should be turned off when a horse passes.
I am disabled and have limited walking mobility. The only way I can enjoy the country side is on my motorcycle. There are not many 'off road' byways across the country that are open to motorcycle traffic and opening Bridle paths would create many more. I think unlawful and antisocial bikers will use them anyway, so I think creating a more open, legal way to use the countryside would reduce the amount of unlawful bikers who currently have nowhere to go.
