Managing Penalty Charge Notices from councils and private agencies could be confusing and time-consuming. We believe a unified database could let individuals view and manage all PCNs in one place, improving transparency, reducing burdens, and ensuring timely payments.

Sign this petition to urge the government to act! I want the government to create a centralized PCN system to ensure a standardized, transparent process across councils and private agencies. I think this could reduce confusion, prevent late fees, and make payments easier.
