Many people have had no real-terms wage rise for years. The UK population in 2023 was 68.3 million. If I gave each person £1 what good would it do? If I split that among 100 entrepreneurs I believe they'd create wealth which could benefit all.

I propose we give employers tax breaks on employees wages so that employers' tax would be reduced by an amount equal to the wages they paid. I believe the ripple effect of tax breaks on employee wages would lead to more wealth & prosperity. I think it's better to have a large number of people paying a small amount of tax than one person paying a lot.
