We would like the government to implement an account based service in the CMS which would allow the paying parent to ensure their money has been spent on their child/children.

We believe the CMS does not provide transparency for paying parents. There is currently no formal way for paying parents to ensure that money is going towards their child or children. We would like the government to change the CMS and introduce an account based service which the paying parent can monitor to ensure their money has been spent on their child/children.
