When you receive the state pension at 66, you are no longer able to claim the full Carer’s Allowance. I would like to see the government allow people who receive the state pension to claim the full carer’s allowance.
There are many carers who will still care for there families after turning 66 and will not be entitled or to continue to receive the full carers allowance.
