We think harassment at work employment tribunal cases should be allowed to brought in a period of a year not just 3 months time. We feel victims of harassment and bullying don’t have access to help because everything happens quickly, and they may lose their job or become ill.

We think it’s not fair, bullying can destroy innocent people and their mental health. We think no one should be allowed to harm and distress another person. We think this harmful behaviour to society and humanity it’s cruel and we should stop this kind of culture and practices.
