Ban lorries and other slow moving vehicles restricted to 60 miles an hour from the middle and right hand lanes on motorways, and the right hand lane of a dual carriageway. They must be compelled to remain in the left lane regardless of traffic.

I believe that doing 60mph in the middle lane is dangerous because blocking the left-hand and middle lanes during slow and prolonged overtakes can be hazardous.
