Milestones

We think the Government should exclude days when a child is hospitalized and receiving treatment from their total annual class absence figure. We think there should be a clear distinction between a child reported as being ill vs a child receiving active hospital care.

We think days in the Hospital should not be reported as "absent" as there is no physical way attendance can be achieved or expected.
