Milestones

Introduce a new code of electoral ethics. This should prohibit any campaigning whereby the public are intentionally misinformed; prohibit corporate funding of campaigns; promote effective public information streams such as bipartisan news sources.

I believe that as a representative democracy, we should reject what some see as government by social media, fuelled by populist soundbites. I believe we should reject the influence of corporate funding on our democracy. I believe we should reject any disingenuous campaigning based on false prospectuses.
