Require that all products containing coriander display it in bold text to help consumers avoid purchasing and wasting products.
There are some individuals who may have allergies or may have sensitivities to coriander. Some previous scientific research has suggested the genes OR10A6 and OR10A are partially responsible for a strong like or dislike of fresh coriander giving consumers the unfortunate flavour of "soap" from the herb. Coriander is a common ingredient, yet not all consumers may be aware of its presence. I believe by making it bold, we can help ensure that those who need to avoid it can easily identify it.
