Milestones

We consider that there is systemic poor care and racial disparities in NHS healthcare for sickle cell patients, and that there needs to be a review into this.

This should include looking into necessary training for professionals on sickle cell disease, establishing treatment centres with resources for pain management, and promoting diversity within the NHS to ensure equitable care for all. Enough is Enough! We believe that the NHS have neglected sickle cell patients and it has gone on for far too long. We can no longer stand by while lives are lost. The lives of sickle cell patients matter. It’s time to take action.
