I would like all the recommendations of the 2009 Laming Report (The Protection of Children in England. A Progress Report) to be implemented immediately. Many years later and the report's recommendations have not been fully implemented.

I want the Government to implement all of the Laming Report recommendations immediately. I consider it is unacceptable that the recommendations have not been fully implemented by Conservative, Labour and coalition Governments. I believe these recommendations are acutely necessary to try and reduce the number of children at risk of being lost by a failed system of protection, and dying from abuse, harm and neglect. No child should be dying or suffering because we have failed to protect them. This needs action immediately.
