The Government should establish consistent and fair rules for how gyms can apply a price rise mid contract. This should be similar to recent decisions for mobile phones, Pay TV & Broadband which banned inflation linked rises.

We believe that this issue affects many in the UK and that with the uncertainty for the consumer and rising bills this has never been more important.
