Change the law so that absent parents can't take children away from their primary care givers.
I believe the emotional damage done to children and parents in these cases can be long term. We believe no parent, father or mother, that is absent from the children's lives for a year or more should be allowed to use their parental responsibility to take the children away. We don't think this is beneficial to the child/children. We think allowing this to happen could potentially put a child/children at risk.
