The Government should change the minimum time for delay repay to 10 minutes in train franchise contracts. We think this will force a change of operation from operators as it would eat into their share price.

We believe that we are exposed every day to a bad, overpriced, train service, and yet we have no say or option but to use these monopolies. We consider that if you are clearly big on "green" then this needs to be sorted out as we think that this type of service just drives people insane and forces them to use a car rather than a train.
