Milestones

I want the Government to introduce new requirements so housing developers must ensure all infrastructure—roads, utilities, schools, dentists, and community services— are funded and built before building new housing developments.

I feel that many projects are planned in areas with unsuitable infrastructure, harming the country, and this destructive trend must stop. While I understand the housing shortage, I think the larger issue is inadequate roads, utilities, and services in new developments, straining already overstretched health and community resources.
