Milestones

There have been reports that the Government may reduce the number of trials by jury. We believe we must retain the right to trial by jury to prevent miscarriages of justice.

There is speculation that HM government plans to stop trial by jury for some cases. We think trial by jury goes a long way to prevent miscarriages of justice and trial by judge only is dangerous because some judges are very much out of touch with reality.
