Milestones—
We call on the Government to carry out a review of civic education in secondary schools focusing on increasing the quality and time for key stage 3 and 4 in England. We believe this will help boost youth voter turnout creating a more inclusive society where everyone's voice is heard.
Many young people did not vote in the most recent General Election. We believe education is desperately needed on civic skills in schools to protect democracy and create an inclusive society where the youth have the skills and are encouraged to vote.
