I think Parliament should ban marriages between couples with age gaps of more than 10 years. Sometimes there are great age differences between husband and wife in marriage. In cases of more than 10 years difference, I think the younger one should be at least 25.
I believe that in cases where there is a huge age gap, a vulnerable younger partner could be at risk. Whilst forced marriage is illegal, there can still be huge family pressure to marry, especially for financial gain. This could give women in such situations, greater protection.
