We think the affordability of the rental market needs to be reviewed by government. We think the review should consider requiring landlords to offer a discounted rate on rent for single occupants such as 25%, like how council tax is done for single occupants as we think this would be beneficial.

As someone who works full time and has no one to share a flat with, I feel renting a 1 bed flat is my only option.
