The Government should seek an agreement to transfer all prisoners serving sentences for child sexual abuse or murder of a child to serve their sentence overseas.

I believe this would help reduce overcrowding, staff shortages and funding cuts. I believe it would be a remedy that should kill two with one stone as it would empty prison cells and should be of substantial financial benefit considering our prisons are currently operating at a cost of above fifty thousand United Kingdom pounds per prisoner per year.
