We call on Parliament to review and amend Sunday trading laws to allow shops to open for longer. We think current restrictions are outdated and do not reflect modern lifestyles or economic needs.
We think extending Sunday trading hours would: • Create more jobs and income opportunities for workers. • Boost the economy by increasing business revenue and tax contributions. • Provide consumers with greater flexibility and convenience. Other countries have modernized their trading laws successfully. We think it’s time for the UK to follow suit and support businesses, workers, and shoppers alike.
