Milestones—
To pass a measure so anyone living in properties owned by charities should be stopped from issuing any Section 21 'no fault' eviction notices, and any notices issued in the last several months should be revoked.
Because I fear some of those landlords will use this period before Section 21's are abolished - which is expected to happen through a Bill currently being considered by Parliament - to move people out to increase rents. Or in some cases turn them into holiday lets or from residential to business premises.
