Milestones

The minimum living wage rises every year, yet the personal tax allowance does not. The minimum wage increases to help with the rising cost of living and inflation and we think the personal tax allowance should correlate to this.

The average UK income is £37,000 a year. We think this would help out those earning on the lower end of the tax bracket who need it most. This has been fixed since 2021. In 2021, something costing £10 would now cost around £12.09.
