I want the minimum sentence for the possession of a knife in public place to be 5 years, and 10 years for a repeat offence. I believe that if a knife is used to exert fear or hurt others, there must be a 10-year minimum sentence.
I believe there has been a large increase in the current use of knives in crime and I believe there has been no relative punishment brought in to manage it or even discourage it. How many more people have to die?
