Require knife manufacturers to change the design of household knives to include blunt ends. We think blunt-ended knives could make it harder for people to commit knife attacks.

We think this could help prevent knife attacks which can end in the death of children and adults due to the ease with which a knife can penetrate the skin. We do not think it would stop the use of of knives for household tasks.
