Milestones—
I would like it to become mandatory that all body worn cameras are switched on when police are interacting with people. I think they should be switched on before an officer leaves their vehicle and shouldn't be turned off until the officer has left the person/persons they're dealing with.
I think this should apply to interactions in houses, hospitals or custody suites. Any officer who fails should be sanctioned.
