We want more funding to increase police presence on our streets. We think that police need to be seen daily, as a non-threatening but quiet and reassuring presence. We feel that knife crime is out of control, there is a general feeling of unease and a lack of safety in our society.
We feel that a police presence on our streets would bring a feeling of order back to our daily lives. We want our families and everyone in our country to have that sense of being supported and protected. We feel like we are on our own right now dealing with feeling unsafe situations outside and it’s not good enough.
