Make those who film attacks and share the footage online be held responsible. We think punishments should include custodial sentences and fines, including for teenagers and children found guilty.

We think this so called sport is becoming so acceptable in towns etc that people just walk by for fear of reprisal whilst the culprits think nothing will be done, especially if they are teenagers or children. I think the government should act before a child loses their life due to bullying
