I would like the Government to lower the age of criminal responsibility which I think will stop gang culture and anti social behaviour (ASB). I think custodial sentences should be given for those currently under the age of responsibility who show ASB in public place

I believe ASB of juveniles is spiralling out of control with physical and verbal attacks on young children becoming the acceptable due to the perpetrator knowing they are too young to be punished for their behaviour.
