Milestones—
We feel that there are many people living in the UK that love the country and have paid taxes, but cannot stay permanently without sponsorship because ICT visas do not count towards Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
We want the Government to change this and allow all former ICT visa holders to have the time spent working in the UK to contribute to their ILR. We feel that the Government has already made these people go through strict immigration processes to qualify for ICT and that this shows individuals' suitability to qualify for ILR. We feel that changing this would help many people that have done their time to stay in the UK and continue to contribute without having the added stress of an even longer wait time for ILR.
